We never know in advance whether each group will attend, or will use all of their tickets and we therefore over-issue tickets to compensate for the inevitable no-shows and base the over-issue on the attendance at previous recordings of a show. Before socially distanced audiences, we admitted regular ticket holders on a first-come first-served basis. We shall be recording this show with a socially distanced audience (each group is distanced from each other group) and so we now have to allow for a space between each group. In order to make the most of the available space and accommodate as many people as possible, groups who fit the available pods will be favoured. Therefore, although hopefully we shall still accommodate everyone who attends, at this production, if a group arrives after your party but the size of their group fits the available seats and yours does not, that group may be admitted first.
We shall do our best to accommodate as many people as we are safely permitted to do, and remind everyone to keep 2 metres away from all other groups throughout the check-in and at all times in the venue, and to wear their masks.
Please be aware before applying that this change from our normal 'first-come first-served' system may work in favour of some ticket holders and against others.
We hope though that this will not change your decision to apply and hope that we shall be able to accommodate the ticket holders who attend and that they will alll enjoy the show!
To gain entry to the studio, each member of the audience must provide evidence of ONE of the following three, using either hardcopy evidence or the NHS Covid-19 App:

In the event of any ambiguities/uncertainty around the evidence provided then entry will be at our discretion and our decision is final.
Please note that there will be no social distancing once seated in the audience but we request that masks are worn whilst moving around the building.
