BEST BEHAVIOUR

Should you send a thank you letter after a one night stand? Why don't we have a fast lane on all pavements? Should it be illegal to use the phrase 'Wine O'Clock"?

Knowing how to conduct yourself used to be simple - there were books, finishing schools and often a stern nanny to make sure you did the right thing. But nowadays the world is such a social minefield - made worse by the fact that every time you mess up, someone's inevitably filming it on a camera phone.

Luckily, Holly Walsh and her select band of comedians are here to point you in the right direction, like the modern equivalent of a strict Victorian governess.

Best Behaviour is a brand new panel show for Radio 4, devoted to clarifying the rules for modern life. Basically, it's like finishing school, but slightly less obsessed with cutlery.

The show records on Wednesday 14th, Friday 30th January & Wednesday 4th February 2015 at The RADA Studios off Tottenham Court Road. If you'd like to join us for a hilarious night of comedy, then apply now!

BROTHERHOOD

Brotherhood is a hilarious new comedy about twenty-something brothers Dan and Toby.

Dan is the sarcastic joker. Toby is a naïve sweetheart with an eye for the ladies. Together, they have become surrogate parents for their younger brother Jamie.

Will Toby ever get it together with Jamie’s gorgeous teacher Miss Pemberton? How will Dan cope with Poppy, his live-wire work colleague? Can the boys ever convince meddling Auntie Debbie that they don't need her help? One thing's for sure: as the brothers can rely on each other, things will only get better - hopefully!

Starring in Brotherhood are: Ben Ashenden (Dan), Johnny Flynn from Scrotal Recall (Toby), Ellie Taylor (Poppy), Scott Folan (Jamie) and guest starring Sarah Hadland from Miranda as Auntie Debbie.

If you would like to join us for a night of comedy on Friday 19th December 2014 for the final episode of the series at Pinewood Studios, then apply now!

I LIVE WITH MODELS

If ignorance is bliss, these guys are on Cloud 9!

When regular guy Tommy is discovered as a hand model, he finds himself ‘living the dream’ with three young models in a Miami apartment. Only it’s one of those dreams where your roommates think eating junk food is a cry for help and you’re always the ugliest person in the room.

Tommy is a hapless slob whose teenage years prepared him for rejection and humiliation – so when his perfect hands catapult him into the ruthless world of modelling, he can take everything it throws at him. The hard part is dealing with his new roommates – a rebellious Brit, a muscled lothario and a neurotic catwalk diva.

I LIVE WITH MODELS is a brand new Comedy Central sitcom set on the fringes of the fashion industry about the everyday adventures of four naïve 20-somethings coming face to (flawless) face with the real world, starring David Hoffman (Bridesmaids) Brianne Howey (Horrible Bosses 2) and Rebecca Reid (New Girl).

The show is written by Jon Foster & James Lamont (writers of The Harry Hill Movie, The Armstrong & Miller Show), with Ash Atalla (producer of The IT Crowd and The Office) as Executive Producer.

Round by round these questions split the contestants into Two Tribes - those who answered YES versus those who answered NO.

CITIZEN KHAN

BBC1 hit Citizen Khan returns to our screens for a third series this year.

This modern family sitcom set in a Pakistani Muslim household in Sparkhill, Birmingham, follows the trials and tribulations of self-appointed Muslim community leader Mr Khan (Adil Ray) and his long-suffering family, including his house-proud and much put-upon wife Mrs Khan (Shobu Kapoor) (EastEnders). Maya Sondhi and Bhavna Limbachia play his feisty daughters, Shazia and Alia; and Abdullah Afzal (Lunch Monkeys) portrays Amjad, Shazia's handsome but dim fiancée.

Mr Khan is a larger than life character, with strong opinions and big dreams facing the challenges of many families - how to make ends meet, keep his family happy and impress the neighbours! Things would be so much easier if everyone just listened to him and followed his lead, but his family and friends usually have other ideas...

Created by Adil Ray, Mr Khan has already featured in BBC Two comedy series Bellamy's People and on Radio Four's Down the Line. Mr Khan also hosted his own web series for the BBC Comedy website, in which he covered a variety of topics including the General Election, cricket and even delivered his own Christmas message to the nation.

Citizen Khan is written by Adil Ray, Anil Gupta and Richard Pinto (The Kumars at No 42, Goodness Gracious Me, Fresh Meat).

The show tapes at MediaCity, Manchester.

88 KEYS

88 Keys is a new sitcom starring the multi award-winning stand-up and composer and co-creator of Matilda Tim Minchin, from the producers of Spaced, Black Books, Rev and Friday Night Dinner.

Charlie (Tim Minchin) is a loudmouth cocktail pianist with grand ambitions. Amy is a walking failure about to have her first brush with responsibility. This pair of monstrous rampaging ego-morons have just one thing in common -- they both find themselves under the employ of The Carlton Arms Hotel. And when a rare fruit causes unseen complications, Charlie and Amy find their futures irrevocably entwined...

Sparks WILL fly. Cos this hotel ain't big enough for the both of them. (Although there is a lovely function room.)

Also starring as Haif the barman is BAFTA award-winning Kayvan Novak, who received Best Comedy Performance for Fonejacker.

Written by Jon Brown (Fresh Meat, Misfits), directed by Martin Dennis (Men Behaving Badly, Friday Night Dinner) and produced by Nira Park (Black Books, Spaced, Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz).

Big Talk's Kenton Allen says: "Tim Minchin is without doubt one of the most multi-talented performers in the world and we are utterly delighted he's fallen in love with Jon Brown's rather brilliant script. 88 Keys is sort of the son-of-Black Books as it .... reunites Nira Park with director Martin Dennis and many of the dream team behind the success of Black Books. Fingers crossed, early days and all that, but we're all a bit excited about this one.'
