We’re searching for groups who are willing to push their vocal abilities to the limit and rise to a range of challenges set by Gareth over the course of the series.

Over the course of the series, groups will be allocated contact time with Gareth, who will offer his own expert and inimitably enthusiastic guidance, advice and encouragement.

This is going to be a warm and inspiring series where the singing groups’ musical talent needs to be matched by their heart and enthusiasm, as well as their ability to be creative, inventive and have fun. Any entrants must have shed loads of staying power and a burning urge to win, in what will be a challenging but hugely enjoyable contest. It will also require a fair amount of commitment in terms of time, so groups should also be ready, willing and able to devote the requisite time.

I LIVE WITH MODELS

If ignorance is bliss, these guys are on Cloud 9!

When regular guy Tommy is discovered as a hand model, he finds himself ‘living the dream’ with three young models in a Miami apartment. Only it’s one of those dreams where your roommates think eating junk food is a cry for help and you’re always the ugliest person in the room.

Tommy is a hapless slob whose teenage years prepared him for rejection and humiliation – so when his perfect hands catapult him into the ruthless world of modelling, he can take everything it throws at him. The hard part is dealing with his new roommates – a rebellious Brit, a muscled lothario and a neurotic catwalk diva.

I LIVE WITH MODELS is a brand new Comedy Central sitcom set on the fringes of the fashion industry about the everyday adventures of four naïve 20-somethings coming face to (flawless) face with the real world, starring David Hoffman (Bridesmaids) Brianne Howey (Horrible Bosses 2) and Rebecca Reid (New Girl).

The show is written by Jon Foster & James Lamont (writers of The Harry Hill Movie, The Armstrong & Miller Show), with Ash Atalla (producer of The IT Crowd and The Office) as Executive Producer.

And when a rare fruit causes unseen complications, Charlie and Amy find their futures irrevocably entwined...

Sparks WILL fly. Cos this hotel ain't big enough for the both of them. (Although there is a lovely function room.)

Also starring as Haif the barman is BAFTA award-winning Kayvan Novak, who received Best Comedy Performance for Fonejacker.

Written by Jon Brown (Fresh Meat, Misfits), directed by Martin Dennis (Men Behaving Badly, Friday Night Dinner) and produced by Nira Park (Black Books, Spaced, Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz).

Big Talk's Kenton Allen says: "Tim Minchin is without doubt one of the most multi-talented performers in the world and we are utterly delighted he's fallen in love with Jon Brown's rather brilliant script. 88 Keys is sort of the son-of-Black Books as it .... reunites Nira Park with director Martin Dennis and many of the dream team behind the success of Black Books.
