THE FROST REPORT IS BACK!
The Frost Report Is Back! was a celebration of 'The Frost Report', an evening hosted by Sir David Frost with interviews and contributions from the star performers and writers of the show, including John Cleese, Ronnie Corbett, Julie Felix, Sheila Steafel, Michael Palin, Terry Jones, Dick Vosburgh, Barry Cryer, Tony Jay, Neil Shand and Eric Idle.

Now seen as one of the most important series in the development of British TV comedy, The Frost Report left no established convention un-satirised. It sowed the seeds for successive comedy shows for the next two decades as its writers and performers (John Cleese, Michael Palin, Ronnie Barker, Ronnie Corbett) went on to become, somewhat paradoxically (and perhaps in a way that was worthy of one of their own sketches), the comedy establishment themselves.

The show was able to boast some of the country's top comedy writers and performers (Anthony Jay, Keith Waterhouse, Willis Hall, Denis Nordern) both in front of and behind the camera and it gave rise to some of the entertainment world's ascending talents. Writers like John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Michael Palin, Terry Jones and Eric Idle would soon move in front of the camera to develop and star in series such as At Last The 1948 Show, Do Not Adjust Your Set and Monty Python's Flying Circus. Marty Feldman soon become a star in his own right with The Marty Feldman Show and two of the show's leading performers, Ronnie Barker and Ronnie Corbett formed the foundation of a long standing partnership - The Two Ronnies.

The evening also featured new material as well as a tribute to the late Ronnie Barker.

The show was recorded at Teddington Studios.
