James plays James Mullinger, a journalist by day and a struggling stand-up comedian by night. James is commissioned to interview a series of successful comedians for the magazine he works for, and hopes to pick up tips for his own career.

This is one man’s journey around the world to discover the secret of comedy and hopefully, hit the jackpot.
