Two teams of three family members compete in a series of physical and mental tasks that all share one common theme; to win, you must be quicker than your opponent.

The games all require you to be fast, and test everything from pure physical speed and dexterity, to speed of mental processing and reaction times. They are all visually linked by the show's unique visual style, using sophisticated slow-mo cameras and filming techniques, to unlock an exciting, stunning and sometimes surreal world that the human eye can't see.

The show was taped at Fountain Studios in Wembley.
