Meet The Doyles is a brand new modern, fast-moving family comedy, starring Will Mellor (Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, The Street) and Niky Wardley (Catherine Tate Show, Shameless) with Warren Clarke (Dalziel & Pascoe). The show is produced by Caryn Mandabach (Producer of The Cosby Show, Roseanne, That 70s Show, 3rd Rock from the Sun and Nurse Jackie) and Jamie Glazebrook (Producer of The IT Crowd) and directed by Dominic Brigstocke (Director of I'm Alan Partridge and Green Wing).

Liam and Caroline (Will Mellor & Niky Wardley) had their kids when they were younger than they now think would have been wise. Now they are 32, living in Manchester and their kids are growing up fast. Together, they're facing the kinds of situations we're all tackling head-on. There's not enough money and time for them to be the ideal parents they would like to be. But they keep trying - and despite everything, they love each other. As they both work, their parenting is aided and abetted by Liam's brother and his father (Warren Clarke).

Everyone's growing up too fast. The kids are getting wilier than Liam & Caroline had foreseen. Even Liam & Caroline are themselves still trying to grow up!
