Gareth Malone’s All Star Music Quiz is a one-off special entertainment show as part of the BBC Music Day Celebrations.

Gareth Malone, the nation’s favourite choirmaster, is bringing his piano, guitar and conductor’s baton to a brand new format. In a series of inventive and entertaining rounds, this is the quiz where you have to play the answer as well as say it. Songs played backwards, stripped down to their bass lines, or mashed up together to make completely new songs, two teams featuring well-known musicians and musically-minded famous faces, will be battling it out testing their skill and knowledge across all genres of music

The show was recorded at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden.
